They may need more intensive help such as medicati on. The duration of a persisting speech is usually longer than that of an episodic speech; the topic will be more frequent.When a person who suffers from persistent speech is having a conversation with someone, the other person will notice and understand why the person is not talking normally. If they learn how persistent speech is caused, then they can help the person overcome this problem.
